Our lots are all multi-purpose lots and they applied a fraudulent 144-day time restriction. We never had our day in court.
Our primary Woodland Lakes lot is, or was the one next to the pool.We were banned on Veterans' Day of 2011 with no reason given for the ban and the alleged assessments were paid throughSeptember of 2012. This corporation alleged in sworn depositions to have banned us on 11/11/11 for failing to pay assessments. Of course, we proved we did not owe assessments on 11/11/11. The unscrupulous attorney, Damian Struzzi, was present when his client established on the record in Cause No. to have banned us on 11/11/11 for failing to pay assessments, Ignoring the doctrine of estoppels, Mr. Struzzi filed an amended affidavit of the corporation's "office manager" Debbie Clutter, who caused her deposition testimony to be perjured by falsely testifying that the notice we received on 11/11/11 stated we had stayed 140 days on a lot without using a sewage system, which is defamatory, malicous and highly offensive.
